This policy describes what RCELL International Conference 2027 provides to registered participants, how services are delivered, and under what conditions access is granted. It is intended to clarify what participants receive in exchange for their registration fee, as required under Indian consumer protection and payment gateway compliance expectations.
1. Nature of the Service
RCELL International Conference 2027 is an online academic conference delivered via Zoom Pro. There is no physical venue, shipping of physical goods, or in-person attendance component. All services are delivered digitally. No goods are posted or couriered to participants at any stage.
2. What Registered Participants Receive
2.1 Paper Presenters
- Access to all conference sessions across both days (13–14 February 2027) via a Zoom link provided before the conference
- Feedback on the submitted abstract from the academic team
- A presentation slot within the programme (5 to 10 minutes, depending on the number of papers in the session)
- Access to the technical rehearsal (10–11 February 2027) to test audio and video setup
- A digital (PDF) e-certificate, issued by 21 February 2027
- Eligibility for consideration for post-conference full-paper publication in a special issue of The Criterion: An International Journal in English, subject to independent peer review and editorial acceptance
2.2 Participants without a Paper
- Access to all conference sessions across both days (13–14 February 2027) via a Zoom link provided before the conference
- A digital (PDF) e-certificate of participation, issued by 21 February 2027
3. Delivery Timelines
- Zoom access link: Provided to registered participants at least 48 hours before the first conference session, by email to the address provided during registration.
- Technical rehearsal access: Provided to registered paper presenters at least 24 hours before the rehearsal session.
- E-certificates: Issued digitally, by email, to registered participants by 21 February 2027.
- Full-paper publication invitations (where applicable): Issued by 28 February 2027 to selected presenters only.
4. Access and Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection, a device capable of running the Zoom Pro application, a functioning camera and microphone (for presenters), and a quiet environment suitable for online participation.
RCELL will provide technical support via the WhatsApp group and conference email for issues within its control. RCELL is not responsible for technical difficulties arising from a participant's internet service, device, or local environment.
5. Session Recording
Conference sessions may be recorded, and keynote, inaugural and valedictory sessions are streamed live on YouTube. By registering and taking part, participants consent to this. Recordings are used for the academic and educational purposes of the conference.
6. Cancellation and Refund

7. Limitation of Liability
RCELL makes reasonable efforts to deliver the conference as described. RCELL is not liable for service disruptions arising from third-party platform failures (including Zoom outages), force majeure events, government-imposed restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a significant disruption, RCELL will communicate with registered participants promptly and provide an alternative arrangement or a refund as set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
