Pricing and Registration Fees
This page sets out the confirmed registration fees for all participant categories for the RCELL International Conference 2027 (13–14 February 2027, Online via Zoom Pro). Abstract submission is free of charge and does not require payment at any stage. Registration and payment open only after abstract acceptance notifications are issued.
Do not pay before receiving acceptance. Registration fees are payable only after you have received an official acceptance email from RCELL. Any payment made before receiving acceptance is outside the conference workflow.

Early-bird deadlines are proposed and will be confirmed when registration opens. Payment is via Razorpay. Payment gateway processing charges are borne by the registrant and are separate from the registration fee.
What Is Included in the Registration Fee
Paper Presenter Registration
- Access to all sessions across both conference days (13–14 February 2027) via Zoom Pro
- A designated paper presentation slot (approximately 10 minutes)
- Access to the technical rehearsal (10–11 February 2027, proposed)
- A digital (PDF) e-certificate of presentation
- Eligibility for consideration for a special-issue publication invitation in The Criterion: An International Journal in English, subject to peer review
Listener / Delegate Registration
- Access to all sessions across both conference days (13–14 February 2027) via Zoom Pro
- A digital (PDF) e-certificate of participation
What Is Not Included
- Abstract submission (free; no registration fee applies at the submission stage)
- Journal publication (subject to separate peer review and editorial acceptance; not guaranteed)
- Physical certificates (only digital PDF certificates are issued)
- Travel or accommodation (this is a fully online conference with no in-person component)
The Registration Workflow
Submit Abstract (Now Open)
Free. No payment required at this stage. Use the official Google Form only.
Await Decision
Decisions expected by 5 January 2027 (proposed). No action or payment required during review.
Receive Acceptance
Official acceptance email from RCELL. Registration instructions included. Do not pay before this stage.
Complete Registration
Fill in the registration form and submit payment via the Razorpay link provided. Choose the correct fee category.
Receive Confirmation
Payment confirmation and conference access details will be sent to your registered email address.
Payment Method
Payment is accepted via Razorpay, which supports major debit and credit cards, UPI, and net banking for Indian participants. International payment options via Razorpay will be confirmed when registration opens. The payment link will be provided in the acceptance and registration email.
Do not use any payment link that has not been provided directly by RCELL in an official communication. If you have any doubt about the authenticity of a payment link, write to conference@rcell.co.in before paying.
