This page sets out the registration fees for the RCELL International Conference 2027 (13–14 February 2027, online via Zoom). Registration, fee payment and abstract submission are completed together, in one step, through the official registration form.
One form, one step. Pay the fee using the payment link or QR code shown in the registration form, then complete the form with your payment ID (and your abstract, if you are presenting). If your abstract is not ready yet, please complete the form once it is, before the deadline.

All deadlines are 11:59 pm Indian Standard Time (IST). The fee depends on the date of payment: the early-bird fee applies to payments made by 31 December 2026, and the late fee to payments from 1 January 2027. The form closes on 31 January 2027.
Co-authored Papers
Every author registers and pays separately, using the same form. The lead author submits the abstract; each co-author (up to two per paper) gives the paper title and the lead author’s name and email, so we can link them to the paper. Each person may present up to two papers, each registered separately.
What the Registration Fee Includes
Paper Presenter
- Feedback on your abstract from the academic team
- A presentation slot of 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the number of papers in the session
- Access to all sessions across both conference days (13–14 February 2027)
- Access to the technical rehearsal (10–11 February 2027)
- A digital (PDF) e-certificate
- Eligibility for consideration for a special-issue invitation in The Criterion: An International Journal in English, subject to peer review
Participant (without paper)
- Access to all sessions across both conference days (13–14 February 2027)
- A digital (PDF) e-certificate of participation
What Is Not Included
- Journal publication, which is subject to separate peer review and is not guaranteed
- Physical certificates (only digital PDF certificates are issued)
- Travel or accommodation (the conference is fully online)
How to Register
Open the Form
Open the official registration form and choose Paper Presenter or Participant without Paper.
Pay the Fee
Use the payment link or QR code shown at the top of the form.
Complete and Submit
Enter your payment ID, your details and, for presenters, your abstract.
Receive Confirmation
You will receive an acknowledgement by email. Presenters also receive feedback on their abstract.
Payment Methods
Indian participants pay through Razorpay, which accepts UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking. International participants pay by debit or credit card in US dollars, also through Razorpay.

Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable, except for duplicate payments. Please read the full Cancellation and Refund Policy.
